FEDEX is our preferred shipper. They do not guarantee to refund shipping fees due to inclement weather. We will make every effort to assist you to receive a refund when needed, but it is not guaranteed. We guarantee our product and will provide you with fresh product or a gift certificate for use at a later date, if our product is compromised due to the delayed delivery.

We Ship On MONDAYS
Order Deadline: Deadline is FRIDAY noon prior to next shipping date.
2 DAY EXPRESS ships on MONDAY, delivers on Wednesday before 8 pm.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is required for all orders containing Hot Links.
PICK UP is available. To place an order for pickup without the cooler, please call the restaurant at 903-856-5765 place a to-go order. Call ahead for product availability. Pricing is different.

Leave a message to the gift recipient, right on the packing slip. Make it your own. We suggest the receiver be informed of the delivery schedule, so your gift does not sit outdoors very long.
Cooked to MEDIUM, Links freeze well and can be easily reheated when you are ready.
Plan Ahead
We are a local restaurant, providing food for our community and loyal customers. PLEASE be alert to the shipping deadlines. Any orders received after the deadline are automatically scheduled for the next ship date.
Sometimes the shipping companies limit our shipping dates, so please order early during holidays and other busy seasons. Our product will last several months in your freezer… so plan ahead.
